Dried Barberries, also known as Zereshk, are originally grown in Iran. These small dried round fruits are really popular in Iranian, Lebanese, Arabic cuisine which gives sweet and sour flavor to dishes.
To keep the color and flavor of Barberries it is recommended to keep them in a dry and cool place, preferably in the refrigerator.
